For smooth functioning of the organisation the Sangh has a president and three vice presidents, with a secretary and treasurer, a Joint Secretary assists the secretary. An active executive Committee having ten members assists the office bearers. There is a four member advisory Committee to advice the president and other office bearers.

BMUS FUTURE PLANS
BMUS is looking forward to generate self employment through cottage and rural industries. Regarding this some specialized items can be produced by developing cluster in different rural areas with the help of Govt. of Bihar.
